Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, while your benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your first successful subscription payment. Email support@barcodegen.net with your account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Does the Free plan require a payment method?
No. The Free plan does not require a credit card and includes barcode generation, downloads, bulk tools, shareable URLs, and up to 50 saved barcodes.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is designed for one person and includes unlimited personal library storage, personal style templates, bulk ZIP export, and email support. Team adds shared resources, team members, roles and permissions, shared folders, templates, and activity logs.
What does priority email support mean?
Priority email support is available to active Team subscribers through support@barcodegen.net. Response times may vary on weekends and holidays.
